Ensure your students feel at ease by re-energising them and creating lasting, positive memories
The outbreak of COVID-19 has caused major disruptions to daily life. Young people are feeling these changes deeply. While the return to school has been not only welcomed but exciting for many students, others may feel anxious or uneasy. Starting school or starting a new school year can be challenging at the best of times, let alone during a global pandemic.
Our return to school post-COVID-19 excursions support young people in navigating some of the complicated emotions they may be facing after the last few months. By reconnecting them to each other and the natural world, you will re-energise them and help them in creating new and meaningful memories. Ensure your students feel at ease after a period of unrest by boosting their wellbeing and having fun exploring local outdoor spaces.

Wellbeing and mindfulness – an introduction to rock climbing or abseiling teaches your students' knot tying techniques through mindfulness practices. Students must support each other emotionally and physically, strengthening their relationships as they learn new skills.
Fun and friendship – fun group activities during a short bushwalking journey encourage students to reconnect with one another and engage in the natural world around them.
Positive education – students discover they are capable of more than they know when practising their balancing and assisting their peers on our mountain biking skills course. They will confront challenges and move beyond their comfort zones by encouraging one another.
